Lil Spoiled ships to Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Orders are fulfilled from different locations depending on destination to ensure the most efficient delivery possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Australia

Parcel post: 1-7 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly stated at checkout or as part of a promotion.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • United States, Australia & United Kingdom: Orders are shipped inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
  • Other Countries: Customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply depending on your order value and local regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lil Spoiled is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur.

If your order appears delayed or missing, please reach out to Customer Support and we’ll assist where possible.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
